nothing could compare to my wrap-up of 2006.
the best things happened & im so thankful they did.
i bet the last week of 2006 was the best week of the year.

so HELLO 2007!

though it doesnt really feel like 2007 afterall, the New Year is finally here. nothing much happened today, so let's talk about my last week of 2006!

it was more like, the last weekend of my year, la. heh.

Thursday with Hans, my brudder happened! cool. (: it was such a long time since we met & baam, it was all good. oh yay, it was Vivo City too so what could get any better?

PLUS, as ive prayed for, i didnt bump into anybody/one i dont wish to see & it was even better. whooopeeee.

so then i was late. im sorry, bro. but yeah, it happens & i was the late one. Anip (okay, i prefer calling him Anip/Hanif than Hans. hoho) was in his orange flowery shorts & jacket while i was in my Polo & jeans with my Puma jackies. it was chiiiilllyy.

the journey to Harbourfront seemed short. i dont know why, probably because we talked a lot. i missed crapping with him anyways, so it was all goooood.

oh, we didnt get lost, searching for Vivo City! & i thought that big poster of the "Underwater World" ad thing was a bird. hahaha, sting ray-bird. damn, the first joke. & it got worst after that. i couldnt remember which shop we went in first but we laughed at almost everything & got stitches.

Anip almost got lost in the toilet & i swear i can imagine how retarded he look like (well cause i cant be in the toilet with him to see his expression). haha. but anyhoots, we got into Toys "R" Us and made the foolest fool out of ourselves.

the toys had "Try Me" buttons & we practically went made literally trying them all toys. haha, & then there's this octopus with 8 legs which every of his leg could give a sound if you were to press the button at the end of it.

so Anip tried to press one button. couldnt make it, and hit the other 7 legs. all of them didnt give out any sound. so he tried another octopus. same thing.. but he didnt give up! he tried more octopuses and all were quiet.

thus i concluded them octopus to be "Octopus bisu" - meaning Mute Octopus. & we both burst out laughing like small little kids seeing their dads fall down or something.

we went around the store & carried on trying on almost everything that could be pressed on to make sounds til we were done walking through the WHOLE store. so then we walked around more & went into Giant the hypermarket.

hahaha, there was so much more jokes followed there & we couldnt take it anymore & sat on the chairs to take deep breaths. hahaha.

ape? bingit? beli cupboard ah! - HAHAHAHahAHhAHha, inside joke. :D

it was all so good though we didnt really talk seriously with each other to do catching up, more like we're supposedly supposed to do. but i really thank God & my bro for the moment spent & the stress we've relieved.

then came Friday, it was catching-up-day with Hannan like we planned. it was almost called off because of some wrong information but it happened. wowh, catching up with him was a lot of fun. & i swore we really talked.. ..alot! cool thing is, we never felt tired. & most of the time we were stuffing ourselves.

well, not stuffing as in binging la but we started out talking at starbucks, the one at Wheelock. ive never been there, though but it's not the one Hannan wanted to bring me to, anyways. so yeah, we sat inside & i got myself Toffee Nut Frappe while Hannan got himself a hot Cappuccino Machiato. his beverage sure sounds cool. heh.

so then the talking began. it was pretty formal, i should say. so much so that burping had to be hidden behind the scene. haha, i hope the next time we meet, "we shall be comfortable enough to burp in front of each other" - Hannan, too. :D

after coffee we went to Far East to have dinner. had a hard time choosing, though but it was cool. we did more catching up & laughed at things. halfway through, saw Kak Wan from Westlake Primary. & i bet she felt awkward la because she was all funny & fidgety. haha, i think she finds Hannan cute, maybe! LOL.

anyways, the day was really well spent, catching up with Hannan. looking forward to many more days of catching up soon, dude! :D

then Saturday happened & it was a-day-out-with-the MBs! oh, my darling MBs. i missed them girls so much & im glad we could meet up.

we went orchard, had MacDs & then off to Vivo City for Coffee Bean. we met people like Ms Aw & Carolyn there, too! managed to get pictures with them & it was all cool.

the chat up with the girls were the best, though. sharing things & getting to know things we never knew. it was just marvellous la. Lelaa wants to shoot the infamous MBs one day! (: haha, girls, you hear that?

we've got a photographer taking up our que number! hahah. you girls better make it happen soon again okay (: heh.

Sunday was here & it all was good. ive got pictures to share from the gathering we had at my place & will post them up soon when i've uploaded them, alright!

night fell & it was counting down to 2007. it was one of the boring countdown but i guess it was made fun, & now it's the best countdown so far! haha, i was poured with water by my cousin & it was all crazy.

horsing around, chasing people with bottles of Ice Mountain. hahaha, it was soooo fun. though i reached home all drenched & soaked, 2007 was welcomed with much LOVE!
